Kyanite Stone Pendant Finished

This necklace turned out beautiful. Too bad I cannot get a decent picture of it. The pictures are terrible…sorry.  I will have to play around with the photos after Christmas is over. Too busy right now to play with a stubborn photo.

The kyanite stone is the center piece, next to it is a 3.5mm sapphire in an 18k gold tube setting. The surround of the pendant is sterling and fine silver. The chain is fun too. I added ‘barbed-wire’ links into the chain. The chain is nice and long and fully adjustable.

Soldering all the little details on this kind of pendant take a lot of time and patience. Hopefully I will get some video of me doing that so you can see it done. I have a lot of little ‘tricks’ to getting it done because I do so much of it. Video coming in 2012!
